JUMP will be hosting our inaugural event in San Antonio on Saturday, March 21, 2020. The proposed location is the historic Hangar 9 at Brooks City-Base, the oldest aircraft hangar in the country. Further details will be forthcoming. This event is co-sponsored with the Japan-America Society of San Antonio. The event will feature keynote remarks by senior officials, a catered reception, and traditional Japanese entertainment. Further details will be forthcoming. JUMP seeks to bring together those American service members, government employees, and their families who have served in Japan and would like to remain in contact with Japanese culture, language, and people, as well as stay informed about the U.S.-Japan Alliance. The program is a collaboration between Sasakawa USA, the National Association of Japan America Societies (NAJAS), and the Embassy of Japan in Washington, D.C.
